Mid-Face Lift

Before surgery 
Detailed medical information about the person is obtained. Medications and additional diseases are questioned. The person’s expectations and complaints about his/her face are listened to. The procedures can be done to the person’s face and the image will be obtained are discussed together. Patient examination is performed. Appropriate photography is done.

Surgery 
It is applied under general anesthesia. The duration of surgery is approximately 1 to 2 hours. It starts with a linear incision parallel to the lower eyelid eyelash base. With endoscopic (camera assisted) or standard techniques, the required areas are lifted and stretched and excess skin is removed. Bandages and strips are applied. 

After Surgery 
Eating starts in the early postoperative period and the patient is mobilized after eating. The patient stays in the hospital for 1 night. There may be mild swelling and bruises on the face.  These complaints can be reduced by regular cold compress in the early period. Bandages are removed on the 2nd-3rd day and bathing is allowed. Stitches are removed on the 5th day. Swelling and bruises disappear within 2 to 3 weeks. You can return to work within 5-7 days after surgery. Light activities can be done after 2 to 3 weeks and heavy activities can be done after 1 month.

Result 
It is a personalized treatment method. The result of the surgery is a face with smoothed lip margin lines, disappeared lower eyelid bags, taut and youthful cheeks. To achieve better and long-lasting results, it can be supported with eyebrow lift, forehead lift, upper eyelid surgeries, fat injection, filling and botox applications.
