Before surgery
Detailed medical history, patient examination, patient expectations, information about the operation, preoperative photography, postoperative results are evaluated together. After the necessary measurements are made, appropriate drawings are made to ensure symmetry.
Operation
It is applied under local anaesthesia under office conditions. Your own tissue on the reconstructed breast is folded with appropriate methods and a 3-dimensional raised nipple is created. The procedure takes about 30 minutes. It is closed with a special dressing.
After the operation
After the repair, the operation area is kept closed for 24 hours; then you can take a shower using special tapes. You can continue your daily life. Stitches do not need to be removed. The dark colour area around the nipple is created by tattooing 2-3 months after the procedure.
